What documents do I need to bring to the pantry?
First Time Visit: Sign-up for a membership
Bring your picture ID and one proof of residency to the front desk.
Proof of residency includes your name and current address, dated within the last 90 days. This could be a current utility bill, lease agreement, medical bill, or government document.
If you’ve been to the pantry before, you just need your picture ID and your Mid-Ohio membership tag. If you haven't received your membership tag, you will be provided one.
2019 Household Income Limits
Example: A household of 3 is eligible if their family yearly income is less than $42,660 a year and you live in HEART's service area.
For households over 8 members, add $8,840 (yearly), $737 (monthly), or $170 (weekly) for each additional member.
HEART Service Boundaries
Neighbors living within the service area boundaries with income at or less than 200% of the poverty level are eligible to shop for free food at HEART.
